I honestly do not know what I want to be when I grow up. This is really disappointing because I am a Sophomore. I am 15 years old. 2 more years of high school and I don't know what I want to do with my life yet.
I have considered being a FBI agent. A CIA agent. And NCIS is top on the list. I have thought about working for the EPA because I want to help save the environment.
I like History and Sciences, but I like English and Spanish. I suck at Math and I'm awful at public speaking.
I love writing and telling stories, but I am terrified that i am truly a terrible writer. And I also know that that's not all I want to do with my life. I want to be remembered but I don't want my stories to end up on the 90% off rack (AKA the no - one - wants - your - book, shelf.)
What will happen to me? If I don't even know than how would anyone else.

Hold On While You Can...

Today my mom is having a party. Sounds a little odd because it is. She is throwing a “Scrapbook slash card making slash birthday party slash get-together with all her buddies thing.” Now this is just a ladies eat brownies and sip wine thing. No dancing or music or jumping around and yelling. So this little night should never, NEVER, be classified as a so-called party. A party is a big, HUGE, night of laughter and friends and couples and etcetera. It should involve beer and music and dancing. It should involve making out and getting drunk and having one of the best nights of your life that may never be forgotten. Well maybe you shouldn’t get drunk if you want to remember it. Plus becoming an alcoholic is a terrible idea. Just stick to the classic party with your friends and having a good time. Maybe this is my opinion because I am younger than all of my moms friends. WAY younger. Decades younger. When your older maybe the best partying you can do is brownie and wine night. But I AM young, so right now, at this very moment in time, I am promising myself that I will bask in the bright light of young years, and hold onto it as long as I can so that I can experience it all. I will party like I have never done it before, every single time. And when I get old, maybe, only maybe, I will have a night where we relax.
But nothing will compare to those unforgettable moments, where we can’t stop laughing. And the room keeps spinning even when you’re standing still.
